TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
- Cookie
1.1 General information on cookies
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by users send to their terminals (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then transmitted back to the same sites every subsequent visit via the same terminal. In addition, each site can allow the transmission of so-called “third-party” cookies, that are those generated by websites other than the one the user is visiting (through objects present in it such as banners, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains).
Depending on their duration, they are distinguished in session cookies, that is those temporary and automatically deleted from the terminal at the end of the browsing session, and in persistent cookies, that is those that remain stored on the terminal until their expiration or deletion by the user.
Cookies have different purposes, they are mainly used for the transmission of communication or to provide the service requested by the user; more precisely allow you to enable and optimize the operation of the website, perform computer authentications and prevent abuse, monitor sessions, improve the browsing experience of users, for example by keeping active the connection to restricted areas while browsing through the pages of the site without the need to reinsert User-Id and password and storing specific information regarding the users themselves (including preferences , the type of browser and computer used).
These cookies are called “technical” (for their use you do not need the user’s consent), as without them some of the aforementioned operations could not be carried out or would be more complex and/or less secure.
Otherwise, if cookies are used for further purposes, typically for behavior analysis and sending of personalized promo-advertising messages (c.d. “profiling” cookies) or even just to obtain, through services rendered by third parties, information in aggregate on the number of users and how they visit the site (c.d. “analytics cookie”), the user’s consent is required. In fact, before sending these cookies on the terminal, under the current legislation (Privacy Code and General Order of the Guarantor of May 8, 2014), at the time of access to the home page or other page of the site, a banner with a first summary statement on the use of cookies and the collection of consent is immediately displayed in the foreground, which the user can lend by continuing the navigation through the selection of an element under the banner or closing the banner itself.
In any case, cookies can only be read or modified by the website that generated them; cannot be used to retrieve any data from the user’s terminal and cannot transmit computer viruses. Some of the functions of cookies can also be performed by other technologies; therefore, in the context of this web privacy policy, the term “cookie” refers to cookies and all similar technologies.
1.2 Using of cookies on this site
This Site can use session cookies and persistent cookies. The types of cookies directly generated by this Site are “technical” cookies, used for authentication and management of a browsing session (for example, to identify and validate the user for access to certain areas).
1.4 Managing Cookie Choices
Cookies can be managed by the user through their browser.
The users can manage their cookie preferences through functionalities available in common browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari), which allow you to delete/remove cookies (all or some) or change your browser settings to block the sending of cookies or limit it to specific sites (compared to others). It is possible to know how to configure browser settings (usually accessible from the “Tools” bar) by going to the “Support” web pages of the suppliers of the above-mentioned browsers (also discoverable through a common search engine).
Disabling cookies does not in itself preclude the use of the website’s services; if, however, all cookies are deleted/blocked, including technical ones, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure, such as the performing tasks within The Reserved Areas of the Site (cookies allow to carry out and maintain the identification of the user within the session).
- Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this Site acquire some personal data that is transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This data is used only for statistical information (so it is anonymous) and to check the correct functioning of the Site. The data on web contacts is not stored, however, more than six months, except for any investigations of cybercrime against the site.
No data from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

Resumes without explicit consent to the processing of personal data will not be taken into account. Consent must be expressed with the following wording or similar statement: “I authorize the processing of personal data under D.Lgs. 196/03 for the purpose of research and recruitment of personnel in accordance with the information received.”
The personal data provided by users/visitors will be communicated to third parties only if the communication is necessary to comply with the requests of the users/visitors themselves.
TREATMENT MODE
