Andrea Magnani lives between Rome and Trieste. He worked as screenwriter for many Italian Tv Series, among them Cops by Luca Miniero and L’Ispettore Coliandro by Manetti Bros.. In 2017 he directed his first feature film, Easy, which was premiered at 70. Locarno Festival. Easy was selected at more than 100 film festivals worldwide and it was nominated for best emerging director and best leading actor at David di Donatello Award in 2018. In 2019 he wrote Paradise, a feature film by Davide Del Degan, premiered at Busan Intl Film Festival and Torino Film Festival. He’s actually working on his second feature film, The Long Run.
