In 1986 she started her collaboration with ASIFA, the Italian branch of the Association Internationale du Film d'Animation, where she was in charge of its cultural and publishing activity and of the professional training. She held the position of General Secretary from 1997 to 2002. She organized and managed programs, festivals and exhibits for Italian and international animation cinema both for Asifa and other institutions. She oversaw Asifa's National Plan for Continuous Training, aiming at a professional requalification of the field (1996-1999), with RAI School and Media Plan; she also curated 'Animation Art', an international convention-exhibit on art-house animation at the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Turin (2000-2005). She holds courses and seminars at, among others, Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and Turin and the Digital Entertainment Master at VRMM Park - Università di Torino. She has been member of different juries and selection committees for the most important specialised international festivals. She has co-directed the first two researches on the animation industry in Italy, commissioned by RAI. She is an author for specialised publications.
