Francesco Della Ventura

Born in 1990, Francesco Della Ventura graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome with a degree in Theatre, Film, and Digital Performance. Since 2015, he has worked as an assistant director on feature films, TV series, short films, and commercials. In 2018, he was admitted to the directing course at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia; that same year, his project *Extinct Animals* was selected for the Talent Village at the Les Arcs Film Festival. In 2019, his project *Gli scomparsi* (The Missing) won the Development Fund for film projects promoted by SIAE and the Centro Sperimentale. In 2020, his short film *Il ritratto* (The Portrait) won numerous awards at national and international festivals. In 2021, his short film *Gita di famiglia* (Family Trip) was selected for Alice nella città, a parallel section of the Rome Film Festival. Since 2021, he has been teaching film acting at the Cassiopea Academy of Dramatic Arts. Since 2022, he has worked as an assistant tutor for the Directing course at the Centro Sperimentale.
