The book covers the career of journalist, photographer, artist and poet Raffaele Andreassi (L’Aquila 1924 – Rome 2008). His filmography numbers up to about one hundred short films and documentaries, many of which are art-related, and few feature films. His most outstanding works are the documentary Antonio Ligabue Pittore (1965) and the movie Flashback (1969). The National Film Library owns the director’s collection since 2000.
